Program Initialization

The start of program execution is indicated by the illumination of all the software-controllable board LEDs: the blue UnderGlow LED, the red user-controllable LED, and both blue COM port LEDs turn
on while the top and bottom rows of I/O LEDs (connnectors A-12 through DI-6 and IO-0 through IO-5, respectively) flash once from left to right (when viewing the board so that the connector labels
are facing upright).
