Base class for all connector classes.

This is the base class for interacting with a ClearCore connector.

It provides a generic interface that all connectors have. This includes

• Connector Type
• Generic integer "value"
• A Refresh function to force the reading of the underlying information and perform ancillary work such as scheduling and LED display update.
